POLICIES

 

Our staff is dedicated to providing you with the a enjoyable experience.

Please keep a few things in mind for your visit.

 

  • We believe that each guest should be satisfied with their haircut and/or color service. If for any reason a guest is dissatisfied, we will gladly make adjustments to their haircut and/or color within 10 days of the original appointment date at no additional charge.

 

  • We know all time is valuable, for that reason we ask you arrive on time for your appointment. For clients arriving over 15 minutes late, you may have to be rescheduled in order to respect the schedule of other guests.

 

All of our appointments are confirmed via telephone and/or text message or email & can be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellation Policy

New clients

​

We do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. As a new client, if you fail to

cancel or no-show your first appointment you will no longer

be allowed to book an appointment with any stylist without

prepaying for your service 

(cut or style- paid in full, color- $100 down).

If you fail to cancel within the 24 hours before appointment or No Show,

your money stays with the salon and you will no longer

be allowed to book with us. 
 

Existing Clients 

 

After your initial new client appointment the same 24 hour

cancellation policy applies. If a continuation of cancellation or no shows continue we reserve the right to cancel any existing appointments and no longer allow you to book with us.

 

  • We will remind each guest to book the future appointments in advance to ensure you receive the days and times that would work best for you

and your schedule. Feel free to pull appointments through the

year to ensure your time needed. 

 

  • Stylists need room to move around their stations freely, we ask only those receiving service be in the styling area. We do not provide child care,  we ask you to book your appointments when child care can be arranged outside of the salon.  Thank you for your understanding.

 

  • We accept cash, all major credit cards and personal checks as forms of payment for services. We can NOT put a tip of any kind on a credit/debit card and/or gift card.
